The ideal candidates should have some or all of the following skills:
• Excellent knowledge of modeling, rendering and animation workflows in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and Photoshop
• Strong post production technique
• Creative and design oriented
• Strong understanding of lighting and texturing
• Strong organizational skills and management skills
• Great communication skills, a team-player, and eagerness to always learn more
• Ability to read architectural drawings and create accurate 3D models from these plans
